These services and installations are designed to keep the area’s heavy rains and snow-melt out of sewer systems, helping to avoid toxic sewer overflows in rivers and streams as outlined by the federal Clean Water Act. Our services include rain garden and bioswale installations, green roofs, flow-through planters, pervious pavement, and rain water harvesting systems. Post-installation services can include ongoing maintenance of installed systems to continue optimal environmental impact and compliance with regulatory requirements. Customers include governments, commercial contractors, and others.
We provide restoration work, including the removal of invasive plants in preparation of restoration efforts of wetlands, streams, riversides, and other natural sites. Restoration work may involve replanting with trees, grasses, shrubs, sedges, or moss to clean and recharge our water supply, provide critical wildlife habitat, and protect our homes and communities from flooding. Customers include conservation groups, governments and private property owners.
Sustainable Landscape Installation
Our sustainable landscape installations are creative, attractive, and environmentally sensitive. Our model reduces maintenance costs by using native plants, thereby also eliminating or reducing lawns to reduce water use. We often design our landscapes to support the efforts to reduce stormwater runoff. Customers include businesses, large multi-unit residential and conominiums, Homeowner Associations, government and nonprofit entities.
Verde Landscape continues to offer regular maintenance services, such as mowing, trimming, tree and plant care, and debris-hauling for low-income affordable housing customers and some commercial property owners.
